Hello! Can we use on our computers Macromedia Flash without buying it?

Hello! I am from Russia, Ufa. I teach kids in school. My subject is ICT.

I wanted to teach my students how to draw and animate. May i use Macromedia Flash 8th version to do it? That's really interesting for me and our kids.
