Hello guys problem to see flash cc 2015 in cc

Hello! im from Russia. I have previosly setup adobe flash cs6 and now when i download CC i cant see Flash  CC 2015 in apps list in cc panel - only option to patch my old Flash CS6.

Am i do something wrong?

    OOps i think no

    My spec 32 bit system, 2gb ram, dualcore, screen resolution 1366x740

    Is that problem?
