Hello. My iMac osx 10.7 was stold in an affiliated Mac store in Santiago, Chile. They gave me an iMac osx 10.8.5. I had bought Creative Suite 3 Premium several years earlier and I downloaded it to my MacBook Pro osx 10.7 and also to my iMac osx 10.7 (the one that has been stolen). I am now downloading the CS3 version, but I am not sure that Adobe will let me do this. I am registered, so they should be able to verify serial numbers. Will this be possible?

Thank you Théo

you're only allowed two concurrent activations.  so if one is on the stolen computer and the other is on your macbook, you won't be able to activate on your replacement computer.

you can ask adobe support for an activation count reset, though.  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

If it was installed and validated on two computers, it is likely you will have to call support to free up an activation since the computer was stolen and you are unable to deactivate it.

See: Activate or deactivate an Adobe product

You can contact support to reset your program activations.  Please ensure you are already signed in with your adobe ID at adobe.com and then use this link to access support  :Contact Customer Care .

Scroll down and click on the blue bar that says, "Still need help?” Contact us."
