Hello! I have Adobe Photoshop CS6. I purchased it in 2013 and registered it at adobe.com. So when I log in to my account on adobe, it has record of the serial # of my product and te purchase date. I purchased it at my local office supply store so I installed to my laptop using the CD that came in the box. My problem is this: I have misplaced the installation CD. I cannot find it anywhere. And since this is a very pricey software, I cannot afford to go out and buy it again. My question is: Is there any way Adobe would send me a new CD based on the fact that I registered it when I purchased it and therefore, I can provide the serial # and prove that I am the person it is registered to? I bought a new laptop and need to get the software onto it. And the Adobe website is not very friendly as far as finding a phone # to speak with a live person or even chat live. My only option was to ask my question in this forum. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance to anyone who can help!!!! Tammy
