Hello, can i install the programs from one abo in two Computer? iMac and surface pro4?

-Windows or Mac does not matter... 2 on the same operating system, or 1 on each

My Problem is on my surface i can use booth programs and update and on my iMac the adobe cloude say testing time for ps and testingtime for lightroom us over :-(
