how do i reinstall adobe photoshop premiere elements 10 and adobe photoshop elements 10 from website? have serials numbers etc...

    deactivate any previous installations that are no longer needed.

    then download the trial version from:  http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-10-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.html

    follow the directions carefully.  if you see an access denied page, you didn't follow all the directions.

    activate the trial version to the full version using your serial number.
