I'm a SCAD student and I have a free membership for Adobe for the years I will be attending SCAD. Adobe send me an email saying that my membership was expiring that I needed to update it. So I did but now when I try to open Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat it says that there is "No subscription found" and to start the 30 days trial. I do not understand why it says that since I am a student and I'm supposed to be able to use it without paying anything. I already had Adobe for one year and it worked fine. Please help me since I need to use these programs for work.

Hi,

I see you had a one year CC subscription under the email id you are using with forums .The Subscription expired on 20 September, 2015 .

I order to renew your subscription you will have to purchase CC or contact your institution for another redemption code.
