Dear Adobe Support, and Community
I am writing to inform you that I am unable to download Photoshop from your website, and I cannot use the web version of Photoshop either, despite having subscribed to the Photoshop & Lightroom plan just yesterday. When I click to download Photoshop, I get the following message:
"Our apologies. If the URL is correct and refreshing the page doesn't fix the problem, please try again later."
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
