Help! Account downgrade
I need my $43 a month Creative Cloud account downgraded to the minimum payment plan and then cancelled once the contract date comes around as I never use it.
There seems to be no way to organise this through email or chat as I can't sit and stareat the screen waiting for the customer service person to come online and they cancel on me because I didn't reply after less than 5 minutes. I have a life!
Please help me! Contract ends next year.
