Help Adobe Installer for CreativeCloud Set-up In Download

Getting frustrated...

I am trying to activate 30 day trial for Lightroom.

I have located in Download file Creative Cloud Set-up file clicked open then run... should be simple

BUT repeatedly getting message .. Adobe Installler - Please connect to internet, then try again.

BUT I AM CONNECTED.....................
