HELP - All my CC programs refuse to work

All my CC programs wont load.  They open to the software, but then this window in the middle appears and constantly refreshes.  I'm new to CC so have no idea how to fix this.

These type of issues only happening with the latest versions of Adobe apps if you download the previous versions of Adobe apps you won't get that : Install previous version of your Creative Cloud app

It seames the CC-server is down. I try to download different appliccations  out of CC, the install-pannel opens, but this is all. No installation at all.

Try to sign out via the CC app. This may point to a networking problem related to authentication.
