HELP - all the photography plan programs have stopped working

Hi everyone,
I have a problem:
Photoshop, Camera raw, and Bridge no longer work. I have tried everything but can't resolve. I work with these programs and at the moment I cannot work. I bought a new Imac a few days ago, at first everything worked fine but now when I try to open some photos with camera raw, everything stops. Do you have any idea what may have happened? I have Monterey 12.1
