Help. Can't access Premiere Pro

I can’t find or access Premiere Pro on my computer. I am trying to sample the Premiere Pro CS6, trail period. I went through the whole download process from the Creative Cloud. During this process I see Photo Shop and Illustrator have downloaded and show, “Start Trail” buttons alongside them but alongside the Premiere Pro download theirs an icon of check (followed by) “Up to date.”

My OS is Win7. When I look into the program folder I see Photo Shop and Illustrator folders but no Premiere Pro. I can’t access the Premiere Pro platform. Are there any tips or suggestions that may help to resolve my issue?

First make sure you are having 64 bit computer. Premier pro will only Run on 64 bit.

If you are using 64 bit computer, Run cc cleaner tool and check if premier pro appearing there

Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

If yes, then remove it.

Then Quit and relaunch Creative Cloud App.

Thanks, My computer is 64 bit but my OS is 32 bit. So I must have a 64 bit OS to run Premiere Pro?
