HELP - Can´t cancel my subscription

Hi, for the past month I´ve been trying to cancel my subscription, but int the information page, when clicking cancel, it only redirect me with tech support to

cancel it! First of all why do I need to speak with a tech person in orden to cancel, why can´t I simply cancel it?

Secondly, I´ve talked with the tech people and they cant do it! they told me they were gonna help me, but instead not even a reply was made.

I can´t believe a compay such as adobe has so many issues just to cancel a subscription, it should be something easy.

    Did you pay directly to Adobe or did you pay Digital River?   Typically, you can cancel your annual plan in the 12th month of service, after final payment has been received.  But if you try to cancel early, you will pay a penalty fee.

    Hi Manuel,

    When you use chat, there will be a chat log. Do a Cmd+A (Select All) and Cmd+C (Copy) and paste it into Word for reference before you disconnect. Use Ctrl instead of Cmd if you are on Windows.

    p.s. if you're cancelling an annual plan early, there's a penalty (=1/2 the cost of the remaining months) and that may be the reason you can't do it yourself without talking to adobe support: they want to make sure you understand.
