Help. can't get cc to run on new Macbook Pro.

I had CC running fine on my old Macbook Pro. Bought a new one and migrated all my stuff from the old to the new machine. Now I cannot - and Adobe's support folks cannot help me get cc running on my new machine. When I try to sign in, I get a screen that says I've signed off.  I made sure I had signed out of cc on my old machine and even turned it off. Spent hours to fix this with no luck and no useful help from Adobe support.

Richardweber, sorry you are facing so many problems with the new Macbook Pro.  Unfortunately, your experience is very typical when applications and shared components have been migrated/copied from one computer to another.

To attempt to recover from the situation, please complete the following steps:

  1. Run all available uninstallers in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers
  2. Download and run the CC Cleaner Tool - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

If you are very lucky, the necessary files will be removed, and you will then be able to install Adobe applications successfully.  If you continue to face problems, then I would work with Apple support to move over any needed documents and settings to the new computer.  This will leave the computer clear to install the applications you use on it.
