Help Cancelling Subscription

I originally purchased my subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud about a year ago because it was required material for a class I was taking in college. At the time, my school did not offer students free accounts so I payed for the subscription myself. I did, however, still use my college email to make the account. The following semester, my college began offering free accounts. I am now finished with school and wish to delete the subscription. When I go onto My Plans, there is a plan listed under my college's name but no option for me to cancel it. I called Adobe and they informed me I would have to contact my school to cancel it despite not having made the account through the school. So I did just that. The school emailed me and informed me they have no way of cancelling my subscription and that I would have to contact Adobe. I called and they couldn't find my account but I am still able to log in, but can't use any of the applications. I just want to cancel my account and not be charged monthly for it anymore. Thank you for the help.
