Help- Cant download Illustrator to my Surface Book 2

Question

Hello There,Yesterday i bought charger for my Base Model Surface Book 2 ( 8gb ram i5-7300u 128 gb) after long time of no use.I've reset and updated windows to the latest version But after ive download Creative Cloud it wont let me download anything other than Photoshop and Adobe Reader sayin all other programs are non compatible to my system.I used to have illustrator with no problems on the same laptopWhat can i do to bypass this problem?My windows version is 1809 with no updates available and CC require windows 1909 and above...Any help will be appreciatedTHANKS!

Shai, please make sure the Surface Book 2 meets or exceeds the system requirements to install Illustrator CC at https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/system-requirements.html.  If you are confident that the Surface Book 2 exceeds all listed system requirements, then make sure that Windows 10 does not have compatibility mode turned on.
