HELP!CANT update adobe after effects cc 2014.1 to cc 2014.2 becuause adobe patch installer wont work

adobe after effects cc 2015 wont work so i went back to cc 2014 but i would like the latest version of cc 2014

which is cc 2014.2 but

the installer update wont work

i double click it

and tried running it as administrator but it wont work

i redownloaded it 8 times and i have fast internet

how do you fix it?

does the file size on your hd match the expected file size?

did you suspend anti-virus/anti-malware?

did you run as admin by right clicking the exe and clicking 'run as administrator'?
