Help! charged on PayPal twice but still wont verify

Hey I know this is long but I'm kinda hoping someone reads this....

I tried buying a student account for 9.99 but when i went to purchase through my paypal, it charged me but said it could not verify my account. Which is not really accurate because it charged me the 10.69... But i did not know this yet because i thought, oh i should just try it again. And then after i re-tried entering my info it charged me a second time! I got no email or confirmation code or anything. So i dont know how to go about getting my money back... I instead went to do a free trial because i need to use photoshop asap. But i also really need my 20 bucks back... Can anyone help me out?
