Hello,

After days of getting Error code: '117' while trying to update my apps through CC desktop app, I've desinstalled all the apps and the CC desktop app (windows 10 Home) to make a fresh install.

Now I even can't install the CC desktop app or the apps (phtoshop, illustrator, etc) by themself because I always get error P205.

Tryed every single thing on the troubleshoot advices posted at the forums, also tryed to no avail everything at the adobe help page. Nothing works. And yes I can connect adobe secure servers.

Adobe please fix this and the error code 117 quickly. Me and other people have works and deadline to accomplish. Who's gonna pay us for the delays?

Best regards

PR

Do you logged in on you system as an Administrator or as an user with admin rights? If not try the installation as an Admin or with admin rights.

Do you have running an Internet security program or an virus scanner? If yes try to deactivate this programs and try again.

Take a look here: How to resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

Especially check your HOSTS file.

You can also try to create a new user account with Admini rights on your system an try the installation with this user.

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 5 - Topaz Photo

Thanks for the reply Axel.

I have done all of that, and all other troubleshoot advices all over the forums and adobe pages. That's why I posted here. I've done every single thing to solve but to no avail.

Have tried running the Creatove Cloud Cleaner tool  after uninstall to remove anything left behind?

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Then try a reinstall

Did you contact Customer Care at the above link? They can take over your machine.

This is a user forum, and users cannot do that.
