Help! Creative cloud. Urgent!

I want to upgrade my anual (pains monthly) photography subscription  the all applications deal for students. It wouldn’t show that as an option under upgrade plan so I tried to cancel it and now I’m getting a cancellation fee that I don’t want to pay because I’m trying to upgrade! Please help!
