To start the download I must answer the question - do I want to run or save?

    "Run" and "Save"

    Run:- This option will download the files and once the download will complete , it will automatically start the setup.

    Save: This option will allow you to save the Files on your computer at the location which you will specify , and then you have to run the installation manually.

    I recommend choose "Save" , as it will allow you to save the files so that you can use them later as well.
