I bought acrobat x at staples some time ago.  I just moved to a new laptop, but my media is not working.  can I somehow download a copy of my product?

this was NOT helpful because I realize I did not give enough information.  The product I own is Acrobat X STANDARD; and your reply gave me access to Acrobat X PRO

The prodesigntools site hosts links to Trials of Adobe products: current and previous versions. There was no Acrobat X Standard Trial version - only Pro.

You unlock either Standard or Pro features when you launch the Trial and enter your serial number.

So download and install Acrobat X Pro Trial, enter your Acrobat X Standard serial number and Standard will be unlocked on your computer.
