Help Downloading and Installing Master Suite CS6

I am trying to help my sister install Adobe Master Suite CS6.  We get almost done and get this error "Installer has dected that a machine restart may be pending; It is recommended that you quit installer, restart your machine and try installing again."   She did find a folder on her desktop titled "Adobe CS6 Master Collection.  She clicked on that folder and inside she found two other folders.  One is titled Adobe CS6 and the other is Fonts.  She clicked on the one that is titled Adobe CS6 and inside that one she found, folders titled Deploy, Packages, Payloads, and Resources, and a old application from 04/14/2012 titled Set-Up.  There is also another folder titled Fonts. 

We have been through this install twice and have received that error both times.  We followed the links from the page provided by you all

and followed the CS6 Master Collections link then going to English Universal and File 1 of 2 and File 2 of 2.  I might add that File 1 only took approx 20 minutes to download and File 2 less than 20 seconds.  Once they were finished and install box came up and she clicked OK.  This time it took close to 45 minutes and that error box appeared.  She is using Windows 10 and her computer is brand new so she has plenty of space.  She has disabled her Avast Antivirus and her Adblock Pro.  Windows Defender was already disabled. 

Can anyone please help us by guiding us on how to download and install this program?  We are not sure what to do from here.  Uninstall and try again, or try navigating through the folder, although we are not sure which way to go.  Any advice and help will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you so very much.
