Help , entered wrong email adress to verify

Hello , I wanted to verify my email adress but I enter a wrong number , instead of 10 I enter 11 , so now I actually entered email thats not mine and I cant access it , I didnt found anything that I could change the adress with and I have no access to adobe until I verify the adress. What can I do? Can I change the verify email adress through files maybe?
