HELP !!! Expired redemption code

I have been given a redemtion code by Adobe support (long story) but when I attempt to redeem it i get the message, "This code has expired".

 

Despite *MANY* chats with Adobe support I am always re-issued the same code, and told to wait 24-48 hours between each call, often with nothing happening resulting it yet another chat...

 

Does anyone knpow how I can get the issue escalated within Adobe as no-one of the chat system appears to be able to do this?
