Help exporting video

I am trying to save my video but match source- high bitrate is not showing when I get ready to export it.

 

I am trying to save it to where I can have the video on my phone. Please help me.

    Have you tried to open the video in some editor, and then re-save it? I think this can help solve the problem, if you have a MAC, use https://www.movavi.com/mac-video-editor/, there are several options for saving, maybe this can help you.
