Help- free trial but charged immediately

hello,

 

I need help, I was signing up for CC for 7 days free trial on 22 may 2025, I got free trial but was charged immediately and money is already gone from my bank account, i have already cancelled the free trial, and also contacted adobe support multiple times, they say I was not charged and the charge is something else, and payment doesn't even show up in Adobe billing. what to do, i don't understand. 

 

 

 

free trial said I will be charged on 30may2025 but this happened, 

 

 

 

did this happen to anyone else, did you get refund, how does this process work.

 

 

 

can some tell will I even get refund, how much time it will take?

you only get one free trial.  if you start a second free trial, you'll immediately start a subscription and will be charged.

 

you have 7 days after your starting your subscription to cancel and obtain a refund.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.



if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

 

you can't do anything here that will overrule adobe support.
