HELP! [How to restore my cancelled plan so I don't have to pay the early cancellation fee?]

I canceled my subscription, I thought I was on a month to month plan but once I canceled my plan. It said that I was on an annual plan. Can you please restore my plan? I decided to keep my plan because I do not want to pay the early termination fee nor get charged. Thank you!
