Help, I accidentally threw out PS w/o uninstalling.

I accidentally threw out PS CS3 w/o uninstalling, now I cannot uninstall the Creative Suite CS3 it is part of, nor can I reinstall any part of the Creative Suite CS3, or photoshop. I have tried the Adobe Manager and it fails to open, I have tried the uninsyall that too fails to open. Any ideas how to fix this?
