HELP!! I cant download my package on a new laptop

Question

I've been purchasing the photography package for almost 2yrs now & have only had it on 1 device. My old laptop crashed and I've gone to download it onto another laptop but i can't find where my package is - all i can find is "download a free trial"

I'm still getting charged so i know its still active. .. please help someone...
