HELP: I cant open any Adobe Programs besides Acrobat.

Question

I use Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop constantly. In the past few weeks I haven't been able to open any of those programs or creative cloud. I have tried everything, and at this  point I cant even uninstall or reinstall the programs. Whenever I open a program, the inital loading screen pops up, but then nothing happens. Nothing appears in task manager either, and I don't know what to do.

Which operating system?

1. Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.

2. With a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers, please log-in to your account portal below to verify your paid plan is active and payment details are current.

Log-out and log-in again.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
