Help,I'm having difficulty downloading and installing the Adobe Photoshop CS2 and Illustrator CS2 on windows 7 on an HP. I had an "error code of 24:24 " and it would not validate my serial numbers and I have the original discs and it would not re-install the programs.

Your original discs are no longer of any use. You need to acquire a special version that has its own serial number. See the following:

Dear Mr. Ned Murphy,

Thank you so much for your assistance but I tried to download and install

the software they gave us for 'free' due to CS2 becoming obsolete. And I

continue to still have issues with the program installation process.

Help...
