HELP! I tried After effects and then this happened!

Hey everyone, sorry to post this here, I don't know where else.

I'm a zumba instructor and mother of 3, I was trying to up my game for my online classes by doing lower thirds but it got complicated quickly and with my 3 small children became basically impossible to do.

I completely forgot about it until I saw my bank statement and went in and I am outside the window for cancellation by a couple of days. I cannot afford $110 cancellation fee! I would have understood if they charge me the difference from annual to a monthly fee that has been already charged.
Please help!
