Help! Lost all color in laptop.

I have lost all color in my computer. I hit a button somewhere and suddenly lost all color from my entire laptop, I cannot figure out what I did or how to fix it. Please help me!

B&W is an accessibility feature.  You probably activated color filters by accident.  Below are steps to get out of it on PC or Mac.
