Help lost serial code for Photoshop elements 8 D:

hello, ive had a bamboo capture for two years now and it came with Photoshop elements 8. Pse was on my old laptop but that one i lost all files due to a virus and i got a new laptop recently, and i wanted to download Pse on my new laptop. i found the CD it is on along with autodesk sketchbook express,but the cd sleeve that holds it had the serial codes on them and I've lost it. I remember registering it to this account. i even made this account the day after my birthday the year i got my tablet to register Pse. but it doesn't show at all in my products. i really would like to keep photoshop elements. is there anywhere i can go to track my serial code. i heard you can message adobe but i'm not sure if it's here or somewhere else?? thank you.
