HELP ME ADOBE OR IM SEEKING LEGAL REPRESENTATION AND GOING TO MEDIA

In 2011 I purchased creative suite 5.5 design standard. I was at uni so obviously bought the student edition. I then had a very serious car accident and had to leave school. Then my mother was diagnosed with cancer, so I moved home to look after her and she then died in March 2014. It is not until April 2015 that I was actually able to go to school again. I had installed the creative suite on my mac back in 2011, but obviously because i wasn't studying any longer I did not validate it past the 30-day trial period until I could return to school. When i was enrolled at my new school this year, I got proof of enrolment in the form of a letter from my professor (he said that all his other students had used this same standard letter with Adobe and had no issues). I also went to the adobe website to validate my software. I had kept the box and the two disc and the yellow leaflet with the coupon code that all came in the box whenI bought my adobe creative suite software. This is where I started having trouble. And, I have now failed two assessments and cannot do many others ALL because Adobe is doing EVERYTHING they possibly CAN to ensure I cannot use the software that I damn well PAID FOR IN 2011!!!!! I am beyond furious and it has actually got to the point now where my father has said he will actually pay for a lawyer for me to sue adobe for obtaining financial advantage by deception amongst other things. I can see via googling that I am NOT the only one this is happening to, so perhaps a class action lawsuit of all the Australian customers screwed over by Adobe would teach them a damn lesson!!!! I am certainly ready for a fight! My academic record is tarnished permanently because every time I supply Adobe with the required documents they then turn around and say actually they now need something else! lol They are doing EVERYTHING THEY CAN to STOP ME FROM USING MY PAID FOR SOFTWARE! On my box NOWHERE does it have a product code! The only thing CLOSE to a product code is the yellow coupon code that it explicitly states all I have to do is go to the adobe edu verify website and put in my coupon code and upload proof of my enrolment and I will be given a serial number to input into my adobe software that is installed already on my mac from the discs in the box, and I can then use it! But now adobe are saying I need my receipt! I bought this from a shop in Canberra, ACT in 2011! I have moved house three times since then! I don;t have a damn receipt for something I bought in 2011!!!! Nor did Adobe warn me that I had to keep it in order to be able to use it!!! I can prove that the ONLY THING adobe says I need is the coupon code, proof of stuyding and thats IT!!!!! I have it in black and white on the info I got in the bloody box!!!!! And then when I sent them a letter from my head professor the same letter he wrote for everyone else for adobe and adobe accepted it for every other student as proof of enrolment- adobe then comes back and says NO I need an EDU email address!!!! My school doesn't give OUT EDU email addresses!!!!! Go check my school out: VIRTU DEISGN INSTITUTE!!!! We are a totally online campus! We just log in and study!!!! Adobe are just trying their hardest to come up with a different excuse EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! Why do this to a student Adobe??? A student who tried to be a loyal customer by spending nearly $500 buying a hard copy of your product!!!! You are a multi million dollar business and you are doing ALL you can to ensure you don't have to give access to someone who is doing everything you ask for AND MORE! I have uploaded photos of all my boxes and discs and the yellow coupon code leaflet!!! I have sent you a letter form my school head professor!!! WHAT ELSE ARE YOU GOING TO WASTE MY TIME WITH!!!! If i do not have a serial number fro the product I BOUGHT by tomorrow this time (so 12pm australian time) I am seeking legal representation and I will be approaching as many media outlets as  possibly can. I am DONE trying to do chats onine with your ridiculous customer service staff who seem to think up new roadblocks/obstacles for me everyday as soon as I have overcome the one they placed before it!!! I am exhausted! I have school work to do but cannot do it because I need my software!!! I will make sure EVERYONE knows about ADOBE and their fraudulent behaviour!!!! I will 110% be open to anyone who wants to contact me regarding a class action of they too have had to deal with issues such as these!!!!

    I think she wants a serial number for her CS 5.5 Creative Suite Student and Teacher Edition.

    I don't quite get why she did not apply for one around the time she purchased it but she's looking for one now.

    Do you even read the messages before you reply? Or do you just come up with smart arse comments without any actual consideration? I clearly stated that i bought the product and a week later was in a terrible car accident, then my mother got cancer and I was caring for her. To get a serial number for the CS5 you require a student ID but obviously after my car accident etc I was not studying so i did not apply. I just left the software installed on my mac and waited for the day i would return to uni. Well, that day came in april this year and i try to be able to use my adobe software and wouldn't you know it, adobe does ALL they can to screw me over. I finally just bought the monthly plan- just as i am sure adobe was spinning for the entire time! But i desperately require it for assessments i have due. So i basically have CS5 worth nearly $500 on my computer for nothing. Still considering legal action as that is just so wrong! I gave adobe all the coupon numbers and photos of the doscs and the box etc… WRONG! Now in relation to your reply John you are no help and nothing but a self righteous judgmental rude person.
