Help!!! My dialog windows are blank! Trying to re-install LR 6 on old Mac OS 10.12

are you installing lr 6.14 from, https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/lightroom-6-end-of-support.html

Yes, I am. I'm afraid some basic programs, plugins or extensions got deleted from my system a couple of weeks ago. I am not sure if that's the issue or how to remedy it.

restart your computer

check if lightroom 6.14 is installed.

if it's not, restart the 6.14 installer.
