Help!!! My subscription auto renewed without notifying me and took $593.89!!! I am a student and my last plan was about $290 and I need that money back!!!

I am so frustrated trying to find a number to contact, I need to cancel that plan and get my money back in order to pay rent and get back on to the student plan that my course fees will cover. I am in New Zealand and I cannot get hold of a customer support/help number and it says I don't have access to the Adobe admin console. Can someone please help me.

Hi there

You are still on the student plan.  Promotional pricing applies for the first year, then you renew at the regular student price (40% off standard price)

A renewal email was sent on 3rd March with the details.

1. Go to this URL Adobe Account

If it's within 14 days of your renewal, you may cancel your plan without penalty.  Simply log-in to your Adobe account with your username (e-mail) and password.  Be sure to use a modern desktop browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.

2. Click on Manage Plans.   You should see 2 buttons.  One to cancel the other to change plans.

3.  If you still need help, click the Get Help button on top menu.  See screenshot.
