Help needed, Creative cloud log in loop stuck

Hi, So I have installed Adobe CC, and i keep getting this message come up, everytime I click on sign in it loops around to this message again. I cant see anything else. 



I had to Uninstall adobe CC about 2 months ago and just did a fresh install but i keep getting this message. (works on my mac fine, just on my PC i have this error) 

Ive tried different log ins, Installing and uninstalling a few times but it doesnt seem to work, 
anyone able to help. I cant seem to contact anyone at adobe
