Hi, I've purchased Creative Cloud for the first time, and It doesn't work.

I tried everything in this link - Error 117 occurred during download but it still won't work.

*My photoshop stops at 7% every time.*

The weirdest part is, I can install Lightroom CC in 1 minute and it works really well.

It gives me a headache. I really need you guys' help.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

if that's what you are using, confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
