Help please: NO Adobe app starts

Hi there,


EVERY Adobe app freezes when I open it from either cc or directly from my  desktop:


 

This white screen appears in EACH Adobe app, and I cannot open any file.
Closing the white screen results in shutting down the app all together.
Anyone out there familiar with this?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).
