help please with a video clip

i try to create a clip of me doing a super hero landing , i need to stretch a short sequenze of the clip so it gets afster and the falling from the sky is smoothe, but if i do stretch it the stretched clip has one frame in it where you can see a totally differeng frame which doesnt belong to it and i dont know what to do ..... sry for my english
