Help Purchased Photoshop Elements 2021 But Not Correct Version D/L

when I go to Help About it says 19[20200826. I was looking for the Sky replacement and it does not show up I have uninstalled once and have downloaded off of my plan which states Photshop elements 2021.

Any help would be appreciated.

That is Photoshop Elements 2021.

That is a new feature in Photoshop 2021. Not Photoshop Elements.

Photoshop Elements 2021 is version 19

Photoshop Elements 2020 is version 18

Photoshop Elements 2019 is version 17

Photoshop Elements 2018 is version 16

Photoshop Elements 15 is version 15

etc.
