Help re-downloading products? [How to re-install CS5?]
I had to have a new hard drive installed and now I cannot re-download my CS5 package. I have my serial numbers for my licensed products

I have reviewed your Adobe ID (email address) utilized to post here, i can see an Adobe Design Premium CS 5 for Macintosh registered there, hence i assume you are trying to install it on a Mac machine again.
Just confirm that your Mac gate keeper is set to allow downloads and installs from anywhere, kinldy follow the steps shared here: CS5 Installer Disk Image Damaged?
