Help regarding account cancellation

Hello!

I have been trying to find out how to cancel my account but no one can seem to help. It won't let me go on the chat to talk to anyone, or give me a phone number of any sorts. I go to manage accounts, my plan but it says I have no plan. I looked in the forums and couldn't find my situation. I am still paying for the account monthly so there is a plan but there is no way for me to cancel. Is there anyone that can help me please?

If you are paying for a plan, but your account (https://account.adobe.com/plans) does not show a plan, you may have a plan with a different id?

The only way to get more information on that is to look into all e-mail addresses that are under your control. The adobe id is an e-mail address.


If you do not find out, you need to Contact Customer Care .

Report back if you have problems with that.
