Help - Uninstalled After Effects but Cineware plugins are still installed - Safe to delete?

Hi! A while ago I uninstalled Adobe After Effects as I have no use for it any more and wanted to save some space on my macbook. Now, I found out that the Cineware plugins are still installed on my macbook and I would like to delete those as I have no need to use them. Is it safe to delete those and how should I do so? Can I just drag them into the trash can? Thank you for your help!
