Help w/serial # for Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium
I own w/serial # Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium but when I download Photoshop C3 it tells me the serial # is not valid

Which file are you downloading exactly?
If your serial number is for CS3 Web Premium then you must download CS3 Web Premium - not standalone Photoshop CS3.
If you only want to install Photoshop CS3 from the CS3 Web Premium Suite then you can select only Photoshop during the install process.
