But may be I guessed what you're asking for:

Acrobat Pro DC is included with the CC all apps plan. It can also be subscribed as a stand alone plan.

Adobe Acrobat 2017 is an older version of Acrobat that was still available for buying on a perpetual basis recently. Acrobat 2017 is not the same as Acrobat DC (DC stands for "Document Cloud").

Any Adobe CC or DC software for teams allows an organisation to dynamically allocate licenses to persons in your organisation and allows for unattended installation and management, which is necessary in "bigger" organisations.
