Help with Dreamweaver CS5 subscription

hello

my Dreamweaver CS5 subscription edition is unable to start.please help

sir I have followed the instruction which in the thread but the problem not solved I think the problem is my windows or in Adobe Application Manager software because some days before my DW was working correctly than Adobe Application Manager software was expired when I've reinstalled it from the day this problem is still running I've reinstall DW also but problem not solved :/

Razaali2 if you go under your account at http://www.adobe.com/ do you have an active membership for Dreamweaver CS5?  I would recommend you contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care​ to determine which Adobe ID/e-mail address you may have utilized for your subscription.

Once you have located the Adobe ID with your active Dreamweaver subscription then you can utilize the steps listed in Download and install Creative Cloud apps  to install the current releases of Dreamweaver.  Depending upon what type of membership you have will determine what versions of Dreamweaver your membership will be able to download and install.
